Once your order is dispatched from the FPO, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and in the 'My Orders' section of the Group Market App. We manage the logistics end-to-end.

We accept all major digital payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are secured by Paysharp, an RBI-approved payment gateway.

We welcome registered Farmer Producer Organizations! Please write to us at hello@groupmarket.co.in. Our team contacts you, creates account, and approves within 48 hours.

Yes, but with conditions. Since we deal in food commodities, returns are only accepted if the quality does not match the sample description or if goods are damaged during transit. Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

We source from FPOs all over India. However, for delivery and our "Order & Pickup" network, we are currently live in select locations within Andhra Pradesh, with plans to expand soon.
